His first career after graduating from Harvard Business School was as an investment banker in corporate finance. He quickly transitioned that finance focus into owning his own real estate businesses and has maintained a California Department of Real Estate Broker's License for over 40 years.

Don holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and earned a second Master's degree in Clinical Psychology from Pacifica Graduate Institute. With an active California Department of Real Estate Broker’s License since 1979, Don’s extensive experience in real estate is matched by his commitment to helping others. After 24 years dedicated to fundraising for nonprofits, he has returned to his real estate roots, blending his expertise with his love for travel through Joie de Vivre Homes.

Pierre Guillery

PROJECT PARTNER

Pierre Guillery, a French citizen and resident of Uzes who was educated in the US, helps English speakers buy properties in the South of France ... from negotiations, assisting in the legal process with notaires, support through closing, and even post-sale assistance, including utilities, property management, dealing with local authorities, and refurbishment coordination. Pierre gives us 'boots on the ground' to support our mission of making co-ownership of a dream home in France easy. Andy Sirkin

LEGAL

Andy's projects range from individual homes to large developments. He represent sellers, buyers, developers, internet entrepreneurs, and real estate professionals of all kinds.

Through his offices in San Francisco, California and Paris, France, he's worked on projects all over the world. Since 1985, his firm has prepared fractional ownership documentation for over 8,000 clients.

In addition to advising clients, Andy Sirkin has personally developed more than 40 real estate projects throughout the world. A member of the California Bar since 1984, Andy graduated Magna Cum Laude and Order of the Coif from Boston College Law School, where he served as editor of the Boston College Law Review, and Summa Cum Laude from University of Vermont.
